At APG Packaging, we strive for perfection in every shipment, but we understand that adjustments may be necessary to ensure your beauty brand's success. We offer a 30-day return window for unused, wholesale-grade packaging components in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer success team with your order number and specific details regarding the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Review

  Our specialists will review your request to ensure the products meet our resale standards and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the unused components in their original master cartons to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the inventory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
